Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Train on our dedicated second floor with an entire level of mat space built for grappling. Morning, afternoon, and evening classes for all levels, from complete beginners to competitors. Build skills, confidence, and fitness in a welcoming, ego-free environment.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai

Adults

Develop striking skills through pad work, bag work, drilling, and controlled sparring. Our coaches bring decades of fight experience and teach technique for all levels, whether you want to compete or just get a great workout.

Boxing

BJJ and Muay Thai for kids in a safe, structured environment. Classes build confidence, discipline, and coordination through age-appropriate training. Self-defense and anti-bullying strategies woven into every session.

Build functional strength, mobility, and conditioning for martial arts and everyday life. Full gym with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more. Morning and evening classes plus open gym access.

Takedowns, mat returns, scrambles, and chain wrestling led by Sam Eagan. A focused monthly session for BJJ players, strikers, and anyone curious about wrestling. Drop-in friendly.
