LAB
Team Diamondheart welcomes Sachiko Ragosta. Sachiko has trained judo since age 5 and competed across the US and internationally, representing Team USA at the 2011 Cadet World Championships in Kiev, Ukraine. They carry five years of teaching experience, focusing on the fundamentals of balance and momentum so students can learn to apply techniques to live situations with a variety of training partners, regardless of size.

Judo Lab with Sachiko Ragosta
Rather than drilling techniques in isolation, this lab is built around application. You'll work with a variety of training partners so that what you learn actually translates when it matters, regardless of size or experience level. Whether you're brand new to throwing or looking to sharpen your fundamentals, this is the kind of focused, technical work that builds real judo.

Every Saturday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Free rolling and drilling open to all members and visiting practitioners. All experience levels welcome.
