Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Open Mat
Every Saturday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Free rolling and drilling open to all members and visiting practitioners. All experience levels welcome.

Last Monday of every month. Takedowns, mat returns, and scrambles led by Sam Eagan. All levels welcome, members and drop-ins.
