About Diamondheart
Since opening our doors in 2015, Diamondheart has made it our mission to improve individuals and the community through the practice of play-based strength, movement, and martial arts – specifically Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
We're a friendly, inclusive gym and welcome members and guests of all ages, experience levels, and walks of life. We take pride in training hard, fighting easy, and giving you the tools to reach your athletic goals, whatever they may be.
Our Facility

Dedicated BJJ Floor
Our entire second floor is dedicated to grappling with premium mat space and a dedicated viewing area. The open layout gives grapplers of all levels room to drill, roll, and develop their ground game in a purpose-built space.

Muay Thai & Striking Area
The first floor houses our full striking training area: heavy bags, Thai pads, and a ring where our Muay Thai and boxing athletes sharpen their skills. Whether you’re hitting pads with a coach or working rounds on the bag, the space is built for serious training.

Full Gym
The first floor also houses a complete strength and conditioning gym equipped with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, treadmills, assault bikes, squat racks, and strongman equipment. Everything you need under one roof.

Amenities
Showers, bathrooms, and private changing rooms on both floors. Loaner gloves and gear for new members so you can jump right in from day one.
What We Believe In
Inclusive Community
We’re proud of the open, inviting, and supportive community we have built. Our members and athletes are encouraged to work with their coaches and fellow athletes to set goals and grow progressively at a rate they feel comfortable and safe with while having fun and developing martial arts and movement skills for life.
Train Hard, Fight Easy
We believe in building skills through consistent, focused practice. Our program is designed to help people build skills while getting in awesome shape at the same time, whether you want to compete or just want to improve yourself.
Long-Term Development
We help members build martial arts and movement skills that last. We focus on long-term development, not quick fixes, so you can enjoy training for years to come.

A Place to Belong
Our members and coaches are athletes, artists, DJs, woodworkers, entrepreneurs, teachers, parents, people coming from the office. No matter where they come from they show up, work hard, and look out for each other.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a welcoming home at Diamondheart.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior martial arts experience?
No. Our class structure is designed to support you from day one: Day One classes: Built for total beginners with zero experience Foundations (1-6 months): Develop core technique and conditioning Open Level: Ongoing training for experienced practitioners Competition Level: For those training to compete We offer this progression for both Muay Thai and BJJ, so you can start as a complete beginner and grow at your own pace in a supportive environment.
Will I be required to fight/spar?
No. We love our competitors and helping them compete, but we do not require our members to partake in our sparring classes.
I have prior martial arts experience in a different style. Will I need to unlearn everything?
No. All human movement is based off basic patterns that carryover right down to how we walk, crawl, and climb. We actively encourage you to bring your existing experience from other martial arts practices and sports, and integrate it with what we teach. Open Level and Competition Level classes are ideal for experienced practitioners looking to integrate new techniques while continuing to develop their own style.
What is required to start?
We supply loaner gloves and wraps for all our new members for their intro class. We suggest that you eventually acquire your own gear, but to start out, we got you covered.
I want to fight. Will I be able to spar?
We strive to keep our program as safe as possible, and all of our competitors have been trained to understand that training partners are the most valuable pieces of equipment we can supply you with. All participants need to be cleared by our coaches to take part in the advanced program and sparring classes. Depending on the athlete, this process can take a couple of weeks to a month for us to make sure that all new entries to that program have an understanding and respect for the community and program structure.
