What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing or "The Art of Eight Limbs," is a combat sport that originated in Thailand. It uses the entire body as a weapon (fists, elbows, knees, and shins), making it one of the most effective and versatile striking arts in the world.
Unlike western boxing which focuses primarily on punches, Muay Thai incorporates kicks, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and clinch work. Training all eight limbs makes it an excellent foundation for self-defense, fitness, and combat sports competition.
Beyond the physical techniques, Muay Thai training builds mental toughness, discipline, and respect, values that carry over into every aspect of life.
